From a Legal perspective, a Lease Contract has the following main components:
- It serves as a delivery of a Commercial Real Estate Property and will be governed by the general property law of the country accordingly.
- It also serves as a Legal Contract with provisions governed also by general contract law of the country.
What SMAG does as major purpose of a legal lease contract, is to advise and allocate risk in advance among all the parties involved in the lease by convincing the Lessee to sign a suitable property lease contract in which should outline the responsibilities and obligations of both parties and provide solutions for typical operational issue to avoid any unforeseen legal conflicts.
